  • Suspension: Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of active campaigns or services.
  • No Refunds: Due to real-time advertising costs, data processing, and third-party fees, payments are non-refundable once services or campaigns have commenced.

5. Artificial Intelligence & Automation

We may utilize automated tools, artificial intelligence, software, and third-party platforms to assist with research, analysis, reporting, content generation, tracking, and operational workflows.

AI-assisted outputs are used to improve efficiency and insights. Human oversight is maintained, and all final decisions remain subject to review and approval. AI-generated materials do not constitute guarantees or professional advice.

6. Advertising, Tracking & Geofencing

Our services may utilize advertising and tracking technologies including:
