- Advertising Placements on Our Advertising Networks (such as hotel guest directories, digital restaurant menus, and local guides, which vary by market)
We may add related services over time, such as geofencing. All services are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or invoices. These Terms apply to website use and do not override executed service agreements.
4. Payment Terms & Service Delivery
- Fees: All fees are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice and are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
- WAAS Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your service agreement or invoice until the subscription ends as that agreement provides. See our WAAS Terms for details.
- Suspension: Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of active campaigns, subscriptions, or services.
- No Refunds: All payments are non refundable, including subscription and one time fees. This is due to real time advertising costs, data processing, hosting, and third party fees.
5. Advertising & Tracking Technologies
Our services may utilize advertising and tracking technologies including:
- Pixels and cookies
All data used for these purposes is aggregated, anonymized, and derived from third-party sources where applicable. Individual users are not personally identified. Use of such technologies is subject to applicable laws, platform policies, and client consent requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, methodologies, templates, strategic frameworks, and proprietary processes (“The Moat”) remain the exclusive property of LV Strategic Business Solutions, LLC unless otherwise stated. Our business models, pricing structures, and methods are confidential and proprietary, and may not be shared with or used by competitors.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non exclusive, non transferable license to use final deliverables for internal business purposes only.
7. Data Accuracy & Third Party Platforms
We rely on high quality third party data providers and platforms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not control platform downtime, search engine or AI platform changes, or third party data limitations. Reports and analytics represent professional estimates based on the best available technology.
8. Ethical Use & Restricted Content
You agree not to use our services for illegal, deceptive, predatory, or unethical practices, including restricted categories such as Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, or Tobacco (SHAFT) where prohibited by law or platform policy.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LV Strategic Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
