These WAAS Terms apply to the Website As A Service subscription and the one time website purchase offered by LV Strategic Business Solutions, LLC. They work together with our Terms & Conditions. If your signed service agreement conflicts with this page, your agreement controls.
1. What WAAS Includes
A website built and maintained for your business on a subscription basis, with the features of the plan tier listed in your service agreement or invoice.
2. Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Failed or late payments may result in suspension of your website or services.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel with 30 days written notice through our contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period that follows your notice.
4. No Refunds
All payments are non refundable, including setup, subscription, and one time fees.
5. One Time Purchase
The one time purchase option provides the final website deliverables under the license in our Terms & Conditions. Hosting, maintenance, and updates are not included unless your agreement says so.
6. Your Content
You agree to provide accurate business information and materials, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
7. When A Subscription Ends
When a subscription is cancelled or ends for non payment, your website may be taken offline.
8. What We Guarantee And Client Responsibilities
We guarantee your website will be set up for SEO and AI search. Other factors AI search depends on, such as trust signals, confidence signals, reviews, citations, certifications, and licenses, are the responsibility of the client. We take care of the website portion only.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
